Dr. Randy Marsh currently serves as a Ministry Development Officer for ECCU and is the CLA North Texas Chapter President. Dr. Marsh is a native of Hillsboro, Texas. He holds a B.A. in Theology from Oklahoma Baptist University and three degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Before beginning his church finance career, he served as a pastor and staff member of several Southern Baptist Churches for over 27 years including 19 years as Senior Pastor of Vista Ridge Baptist Church in Carrollton, Texas.

He has extensive experience in all areas of church finance from both a Pastor and Banker’s perspective. He currently serves as Ministry Development Officer with Evangelical Christian Credit Union (ECCU), which is the largest financial firm in the world devoted exclusively to ministry banking and finance. Dr. Marsh has worked with congregations all across the country providing financial planning services, developing customized budget and debt reduction plans and securing financing for building and expansion projects. Dr. Marsh also currently serves as the CLA North Texas Chapter President.
